How Scrabble Got the Girl
Gold and green flecked eyes narrowed playfully, lips pulled upwards into a smile that was all too knowing. She placed her actions into words, a finger stroking the sharp edge of the board between them. "You're cheating."
Ray cocked his head sideways; innocence at its finest, "Am I?"
"Yes," she announced confidently, "Yes, you are. And cheaters never prosper." A paint splattered hand bandaged along the curve of her palm- reached out and tugged loosely on his sleeve, literally plucking out a minute cube with the letter 'I' stamped across the front in a tacky neon green print that had faded with age which she balanced on two fingertips.

Spiraling Through Insanity
The conversation abated as the Stuart doors gently creaked open, barely big enough for a head of wavy oak brown hair to poke through, followed in time with a figure clad in a perfectly pressed uniform. Ever immaculate-that boy with the oak brown hair in waves. A slow, nervous smile tugged on the corners of his mouth, "I'm, um, back if anyone cares "
Logan's beam -if possible- threatened to blind the better part of Ohio by sheer intensity alone. He moved towards the door, reaching out to the handle to throw it entirely open for the brunet, "Welcome back, Julian!"
"I've never believed in ghosts." It was almost as if he was afraid to disrupt the ambiance, but the actor kept his voice low. He grounded his sneakers into the pebbled earth, barely noticing streaks of dirt left behind on the otherwise pristine white surface. Given the current circumstances, it would probably take too much effort to care.
The Stuart prefect kept his head bent down, blond locks spilling over his forehead and creating a veil to obscure his vision, haunted as they were. He was numb, and for once not due to medication. It was ironic how much he wished that it was the other way around instead for once. "Desperate men clutch at st

It has occurred to me that a memory, after being stripped away of all personality from every angle, is nothing more than a figment of your imagination. Two people could be watching the exact same thing happening right in front of their eyes, yet when asked to recall it, they could tell you two tales from the complete opposite sides of the spectrum.
A memory, like any conscious thought, is only as great or as abysmal as you can make of it. If you try to fool yourself into believing that something didn't happen or maybe even played out differently that what you want to believe in retrospect to how; chances are you might probably find yourself

Hey you,
It's 3AM and I love you. I've loved you from the day I met you, for the first time in the loop of the blistering summer haze of our childhood. In three years maybe it'll be even more, maybe it would be the same, maybe God forbid- even less, but I'll still love you.
I love your laugh. I love your smile. I love your voice. I love the dimple in your cheek and the curve of your jaw when it fits into my palm. I love your face in general.
I love the fact that you're able to reduce me to incoherence. I love the fact that you take pride in knowing just which buttons to corral me down near a rocky crevice, one step away from launchin

"Happy birthday big guy!" Jack grinned as he heard his wife Sarah shrieking over the phone he was pressing to their son's ear.
"Mama," he smiled happily, snuggling further into his daddy's knee. Sarah said something else, but it was inaudible. After a few moments of Ford nodding his head happily but saying nothing, he passed the phone back to Jack.
"He's happy to hear from you," Jack said, tousling Ford's thin, fine brown hair. "Babysitter said he was napping all afternoon, he's got a lot of energy."
"When is that not true?"
"Fair point. You coming home early for cupcakes?" Jack laughed as he watched the now-two-year-old boy stumble d

Why My Characters Mean So Much
When I created each one of them,
I took a little piece of me, my soul, my heart, and placed it in theirs.
Just a little piece. Usually just a little something that only my closest friends would spot. Some have a bigger piece, while others have only a little sliver.
Either way, it is still there.
Like Trick, I am timid and quiet when I first meet you, but I will soon come out of my shell if you give me time.
Like Felicity, I can be rather loud and obnoxious with my friends, and I still have a child-like faith in the best in people.
Like Cale, when I fall in love, I fall hard, completely head-over-heels. I can be hasty, rushing head-first
I'm giving characters nicknames based on Alice in Wonderland. Just sayin'

LAST JOURNAL OF THE YEAR! Wooooo~
So, a 'lil wrap up of this year in my perspective: I started my third year in high school back in January, crammed for the first exams in the first two weeks, got laden with homework and managed to completely redefined procrastination within the first few months, completely gave up on catching up with homework by April and was luckily spared by the teachers, started to have some falling out with some friends, gave i
I want you to know that you are my amazing and that you're my freind until death. If I don't get this back I understand. ButI have a game for you, once you read this letter, you must send itto 15 people, including the person that sent it to you. If you receive at least three back, you are loved. Nobody knows how important something is until....they lose it. Tonight, right at 12:00 a.m., the person you like is going to realize they love you! Then something is going to happen between 1:00 and 2:00 a.m. Be ready for the greatest shock of yourlife. If you break this chain, you are going to have bad luck with love the whole year. Send this to 15 people and see what happens.
